We calculate quotes based on property size (number of bedrooms/bathrooms or square meters), frequency of cleaning, and specific additional requirements such as window cleaning or laundry. Regular cleaning starts from €50 for the first hour. Deep cleaning costs more, at €100 for the first hour and €80 for each hour after it, and always comes as a quote for the whole job: if we need longer, the price stays the same.
Yes, all standard professional cleaning products, cloths, vacuums, and mops are included in our pricing. If you prefer specific eco-friendly or hypoallergenic products, just let us know.
We accept bank transfers (MB WAY or SEPA transfer) and credit/debit card payments. Invoices are provided for all transactions.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a small cancellation fee.
